FALLING IN A SELF HELP ABYSS

So, as much as I am appreciative of all of my self-help heroes who have guided me along the way, I have found myself screaming inside my own head, “WHAT?!?!?!” As in WHAT am I suppose to be writing about and what am I suppose to be doing at all, damnit!

I get emails/newsletters, promotions to webinars, free email classes, paid email class offers, overpriced email courses, books and I’ve watched countless ‘niche’ videos on You Tube.
